Never before have so many people died from drugs in the USA as today. Fentanyl and other opioids are killing people from all walks of life. But politicians are still clinging to outdated concepts of stigmatization and punishment. Street workers are fighting against this.
More people are dying from drug use in Germany too. In 2023, the Federal Criminal Police Office registered 2227 drug-related deaths - around twice as many as ten years ago and around twelve percent more than in the previous year (1990 cases). These included 1844 men and 383 women. The average age was 41 years and has therefore risen further.

The castles of the world
Dear Readers, Dear Sirs, Dear Prof. Dr. Karl Lauterbach, Dear Young People and Dear Drug Addicts and those Affected in the Matter,
For a long time now, my person has been burdened by the figure of 2,227 drug-related deaths in Germany last year. This announcement was dismissed a few weeks ago with one or two sentences in the news, but the stabbings, which frighten every citizen right now and sadly also result in deaths, are much more in the public eye.
Even in the USA, the forerunners of humanity, it happens that one or two young people go berserk and shoot around or attack others with their knives. However, it is not only such individuals who are becoming conspicuous in the USA and elsewhere in the world, but in the USA, for example, there are downright masses of drug-related deaths, particularly as a result of the new fentanyl and other opioids.
We as a society need help, help and more help, but we must also be able to help ourselves as humanity!
Unfortunately, the target group of drug addicts is hard to reach because these people are not likely to be on the Internet or otherwise involved with life in society, but will immediately retreat when others will approach these people as the "saviors in need".
The street workers in this scene, who have themselves experienced drug addiction, also state that a willingness on the part of the addict will be the prerequisite for being able to accept any help offered.
The question now is: How can this prerequisite be fulfilled or made possible? How can this be achieved? How? How and where can you find these people without being obtrusive?
A very hot potato!
Offering to set up a few more drug consumption centers would be one way, but it is not always right and not for every addict, as drug-related crime is often part of these people's everyday life or has been part of it, and therefore begging for money is more likely to be the only contact with others that these people will put up with.
Now what did Zeus say! The street workers mentioned above probably don't necessarily have the trust of those affected, but rather no one and if they do, then people from their own drug ring as those affected by the scene themselves.
The dealers in the drug scene would be ideal for these purposes, who will make a self-experience with being high through the Cudgel of my person or, even better, through voluntariness, in order to encourage those affected by the scene to get the opportunity to wean off or withdraw from addiction by staying in a noble place with like-minded people, including all procurement offenders, free of charge and perhaps even painlessly.
Afterwards, proper vocational training or schooling will have to be provided so that these people can become stabilized and remain free in the long term.
Otherwise, of course, the population could help to hand over together with the “begging money”, an invitation to the collective of the drug scene to stay in a noble castle, where mentally ill people, including alcoholics, can also be found and receive the necessary help.
That's the deal!
And for such a management or deal, none other than our Prof. Dr. Karl Lauterbach and his team are excellently suited, as he meets all the requirements in this matter!
This applies throughout Europe and, if successful, worldwide!
Everything else in this particular matter has already been sent in writing by e-mail to the psychiatric service in Luebeck and can also be found on the homepage of my person on the Internet.
Should the specialists or psychiatrists have a better idea or solution in this highly complicated matter, then the plans involved will be changed accordingly.
In other words, the castles of the world will have to be set up for this and other purposes and this must be done worldwide in the course of the time that remains!
